What are some good leg and butt exercises?
I have a nice, healthy sized booty, which of course comes with big legs. I want to slim my legs (I don’t want to make them more muscular, because that might also be part of the issue..) and tone my butt. I don’t want to loose weight, if anything, I’m trying to gain weight, as I am tiny every where except my butt and legs.. Any and all workouts that meet my description are welcome. Also, if you know how I can manage to slim my legs in a week or so, intense workouts or any advice is welcome =)

How long until my butt exercises take effect?
Hi Guys I am doing 8 lots of bum clenches at my desk in work evry day (I squeeze and hold tight for 5 seconds, 10 times and do this 8 times a day). I also do every other day knee lifts whilst on all fours.
How long until I see some serous Jessica Alba stylee butt cheeks hehe. I am slim build and 5’6.

What are some good butt exercises that don’t include equipment?
I am wondering what EFFECTIVE exercises help firm the butt for bikini season, but I don’t want to use equipment; mostly because I don’t have anything but free weights.
